Born and raised in Southern New Jersey Devon is a lifelong hotelier; growing up in the business he worked along with his dad. He helped operate the daily operations of the property including renovations.  Because of his astute business sense, he has been able to tremendously cut costs by ordering from direct manufacturers and oversee the projects himself.  At very young age, he developed a huge interest in the lodging industry with a vision to develop and manage hotels in high barrier to entry markets.

Having spent over 10 years with Marriott International which included extended stay, limited service and a Full-service convention hall hotel, he was able to turn around each hotel that was in a Red Zone within 6 months at each hotel.  Devon was able to build a high-performance team that engaged in true customer service.

With hands on management approach, he can create a strategic Management plan to cut costs and reposition the property.  Having personally invested in distressed hotels and turning them around with great returns for all partners.  Devon is responsible for acquisitions, investment opportunities, and brand positioning. He is focusing on boosting investor ROIs, and garner future business opportunities.  Devon has earned the CHO (Certified Hotel Owner) designation from AAHAO.
