Kenish Patel came to the United States in 2001 with a passion in hotels since childhood. His hotel career started by leasing a 16-room property in Richmond VA while at the same time working at a 300 rooms full-service Holiday Inn as an Assistant GM

Mr. Patel has opened, developed, and managed various properties such as Marriot, Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Red Roof Inns. He has also won the Operator of the Year award in 2020. Mr. Patel has been elected as the advisory member of the Red Roof Inn Franchise.

With well over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has turned around
various distressed properties into profits and guided the properties for better return on their investments with cutting cost and revenue management.
