Mr. M.Z. Patel is a deeply experienced hospitality management leader with strong industry ties and wide, profound business knowledge.He is actively involved with leading industry associations and has successfully guided the development and growth of new initiatives within the industry.
Co-Founder and CFO
Born and raised in Southern New Jersey Devon is a lifelong hotelier; growing up in the business he worked along with his dad. He helped operate the daily operations of the property including renovations.
Co-Founder COO
Kenish Patel came to the United States in 2001 with a passion in hotels since childhood. His hotel career started by leasing a 16-room property in Richmond VA while at the same time working at a 300 rooms full-service Holiday Inn as an Assistant GM

Bhavesh Patel is the 2017-18 Past Chairman of AAHOA, the voice of America’s hotel owners. He has been an active member of the association since 1994, previously serving as the Regional Director for the Mid-Atlantic region.
